Cruise Itinerary

Friday, November 30
Caldera, Costa Rica
Roughly the size of West Virginia, as many as one half of all the animal species on earth live within Costa Rica’s steamy rain forest. Before embarking, consider optional tours of biological reserves, the Poas Volcano, or a turn-of-the-century coffee plantation and mill.

Saturday, December 1
Seminar-at-Sea
Our journey begins, blending an educational experience with countless shipboard activities. Enjoy the many and varied amenities of the Crystal Serenity as we begin our in-depth seminar sessions. Learning has never been so much fun.

Sunday, December 2
Transit the Panama Canal
Spend an unforgettable day cruising the Panama Canal, a 51-mile waterway through the rainforest that is one of the world's engineering masterpieces. Along the way it crosses enormous Gatun Lake and the amazing Gaillard Cut, blasted out of a solid mountainside.

Monday, December 3
Seminar-at-Sea
Choose to be as lively or as leisurely as you wish on this day at sea. After seminar sessions are over, soak in the sunshine by the pool, join an aerobics class, or indulge yourself with a massage.

Tuesday, December 4
Seminar-at-Sea
Listen to cutting-edge investment strategies during insightful seminar sessions. In between, relax as we sail between the sun-splashed ports of the Caribbean on a ship whose attractions include not one, but two, specialty dining alternatives, as well as a spa, gym, and Computer University facilities.

Wednesday, December 5
Castries, St. Lucia
Jewel-like St. Lucia has a history as rich as its landscape. Centuries of French, Spanish, African, West Indian, and British visitors have created a unique and varied cultural atmosphere, and a thriving artistic scene. Admire the creations of skilled local sculptors and painters, or listen to the lilting patois and booming surf that have inspired two Nobel Prize winners.

Thursday, December 6
St. Johns, Antigua
St. Johns and English Harbour have been favorite haunts of the yachting set for years and no wonder. The dockyard has been faithfully preserved and is now a museum, as well as an active marina. During the 1780s this was home to Lord Admiral Horatio Nelson’s invincible British fleet. This diverse island offers 365 different beaches—one for every day of the year!

Friday, December 7
St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles
With its colorful mix of French charm and Dutch hospitality, St. Maarten is like two islands rolled into one. In 1648, it was amicably divided and the border between Dutch St. Maarten and French St. Martin, although completely open, exists even to this day. This postage-stamp-sized island covers an area of 37 square miles, 17 of which are Dutch. Phillipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side are the capitals. You will have the opportunity of visiting Phillipsburg, where Front Street offers true Dutch flavors and souvenirs.

Saturday, December 8
Seminar-at-Sea
Exercise your mind during thought-provoking seminar sessions while meeting like-minded people in a relaxed, but elegant atmosphere. Delve deep into the important political issues of the day, fine-tune your portfolio, and enjoy this rare opportunity to meet and mingle with your distinguished faculty.

Sunday, December 9
Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos
These islands have some of the best diving and snorkeling anywhere, courtesy of one of the world's largest network of coral reefs, easily accessible off the islands' shores. One reef, aptly called the Wall, is particularly spectacular; it drops 7,000 feet straight down! Between the shore and the reef, the water is only waist deep, providing a perfect place for beginning snorkelers to get their feet wet.

Monday, December 10
Seminar-At Sea
A glorious day at sea gives you one last chance to enjoy the ship’s luxurious amenities and relax in-between seminar events. We’ll put it all together for you, so that you’ll go home not only relaxed and joyous, but informed about your portfolio and the world around you.

Tuesday, December 11
Miami, Florida
Whether you're into salsa, sports, or sunshine Miami sizzles all year long with exciting entertainment, world-class hotels and restaurants, great beaches, and a nightlife that never sleeps. You might want to extend your vacation with an excursion into the picturesque Florida Keys or venture to the wild side on Miami's South Beach. Discover the architectural crown jewels within the one-square-mile of its historic Art Deco District, showcasing Traditional Deco, Streamline Moderne, and Spanish Mediterranean Revival styles. Afterwards, enjoy lunch and some of the best people watching spots from one of its trendy eateries.
